The ServiceShop Valet / Porter will check in customers vehicles left for repairs and final inspect repaired customer vehicles. Maintain the parking facility for body shop customer vehicles.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain the service shop parking area to allow customers easy access to the shop area.
  
• Park customer vehicles dropped off for repairs or estimates.
  
• Complete a check-in report for each vehicle dropped off for repairs.
  
• Document any old/unrelated damage on the vehicle. Document mileage and place a mirror tag and floor mat in each vehicle.
  
• Assist technicians in moving vehicles in and out of the shop area.
  
• Ensure all vehicles are secure and locked each night.
  
• Complete final checklist report on completed vehicles to ensure quality of repairs.
  
• Make management aware of any problems that arise on final inspection to ensure any problems are corrected prior to delivery of the vehicle to the customer.
  
• Deliver customer vehicles from parking lot to the cashier at time of pick up.
  
• Assist with pick up and delivery of vehicles when needed.
