About the Role
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office team and provide excellent service to our customers. In this role, you will handle a variety of administrative tasks, communicate professionally via phone and email, and contribute to a positive, efficient workplace environment.

This position is part of a fast-paced, ever-changing and growing environment, requiring flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to take on new tasks as business needs evolve.

Key Responsibilities

•  Perform daily administrative tasks to support office operations 
•  Coordinate crew schedules and job assignments 
•  Accurately input and maintain data and records 
•  Provide support to other departments as needed 
•  Deliver courteous and professional customer service 

Qualifications

•  High school diploma or GED (preferred) 
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) 
•  Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities 
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
•  Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask 
•  Ability to adapt and remain flexible in a dynamic work environment 

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This position operates in a fast-paced office environment. Responsibilities may include filing, lifting files, opening filing cabinets, and occasional bending or standing. Candidates must be able to pass a background check in accordance with applicable laws.
