The Assurance Group seeks motivated individuals with strong interpersonal skills for an outside sales role, focusing on in-person client meetings with senior adults. While sales experience is preferred, it's not mandatory, and comprehensive training is provided. A reliable vehicle and a clean background are essential.

Job Description

The Assurance Group is looking to hire and train new agents with the right skill set for our National Marketing Organization.

Although experienced insurance agents are welcome to apply, no experience is necessary. In fact, in many cases we prefer to work with people coming from other industries. We've found tremendous success taking people with careers as bartendersserversteachershealthcare workers, and even former military and training them to represent our products (life, health, and fixed index annuities).

Please note that we visit clients, mostly senior adults, IN PERSON. This is not a remote work-from-home role, and a reliable vehicle is required.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Must be self-motivated (This is a commission sales and bonuses with lifetime renewals role!)
  • Must have reliable transportation (We meet with senior clients in person, in their home)
  • Must be good with people, especially Senior Adults
  • Clean background (no felonies)
  • 2-3 years sales experience desired but not required (we train)
  • United State citizen (we do not sponsor)
