Job Summary: 

The Operations Coordinator would be responsible for performing data entry on our proprietary review and valuation products to ensure orders are processed per specified department expectations. Additionally, our Operations Coordinator will compile and work with excel reports for batch delivery to internal superiors for client use.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Processing orders in a queue-based environment.

•    Data entry and review of desktop appraisal products.

•    Uploading and confirming documents to processing system.

•    Communicating to internal team members and leadership any challenges or issues as they arise.

•    Maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency.

•    Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all client information.

•    Ability to accept and take on new responsibilities as needed or required.

•    Adhering to work schedule as required with accurate time punches.

Required Qualifications: 

•    Extreme attention to detail.

•    Able to utilize professional judgement in bringing non-routine matters to conclusion.

•    Ability to plan, organize and schedule own work.

•    Strong sense of urgency required with ability to multitask in a dynamic, demanding environment with high level of accuracy. 

•    Works well with little supervision, receptive to feedback and training to improve employee’s ability to perform at increasing levels of independence.

•    Type at least 45 WPM.

•    Must be able to accurately and professionally communicate to outside vendors via phone or email.

•    Must be able to maintain stationary position 50% of the time.

•    Consistently operate a computer and other processing system functions.

•    Must maintain high level of communication skills as this position requires the use of the phone to speak to outside vendors who are completely company assigned work.

•    Must be able to exchange information via phone or email 50% of the time.

•    Must be able to keyboard and mouse for at least 75% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications:

•    Knowledge or experience with real estate, appraisal management companies, appraisal reviews preferred.

•    Real estate experience is highly preferred but not required for the right individual.
