Qualifications

We are looking for a Service Technician to provide excellent customer service through on-site and remote support. This role requires a High School Diploma/GED, 1-2 years of related experience, strong technical knowledge, and mechanical aptitude, with preference given to those with experience in electromechanical equipment and security systems.

Job Description

The Service Technician role is an integral part of our operations as they serve as both the face of our company and are responsible for delivering the world-class service that our customers have grown accustomed to. Service Technicians are responsible for service calls and troubleshooting for a multitude of supported equipment such as ATM’s, ITM’s, Cash Recyclers, Cash Counters, Security Systems, Video Surveillance, and other bank related equipment. 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

In order of importance – Include frequency (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually, etc.)

  • Quickly respond to dispatched service calls, providing remote and onsite support to customers 
  • Perform equipment troubleshooting and repairs efficiently and effectively
  • Perform security system troubleshooting, maintenance and installation 
  • Perform regularly scheduled preventative maintenance on all equipment 
  • Utilize customer relationship skills to maintain a professional image 
  • Maintain accountability for parts inventory and company assets
  • Provide unequaled customer service
  • All other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & TRAINING

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years related experience

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing Field Service Technician position preferred
  • Minimum one-year experience with electromechanical equipment servicing (ATM or banking equipment strongly preferred) 
  • Minimum one-year experience with security system maintenance and installation (physical, alarms, video, infrastructure, building)
  • Thorough knowledge of basic electronics
  • Strong technical knowledge
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Clean driving record

  • Exceptional customer service skills 
  • Effective customer and co-worker communication, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage time
  • Possess the ability to manage and research assignments independently
