  • Compensation Range: $22 - $28 / hour depending on experience

Responsibilities

  • Process and research parts including orders, including post, pick, & invoice.  
  • Contact customers awaiting responses to problems (follow-up). 
  • Create purchase orders, receive, and distribute accordingly.  
  • Update and expedite backorders with vendors 
  • Communicate order updates to internal and external customers 
  • Daily and monthly reporting. 
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner 
  • Additional duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • High school or GED equivalent 
  • Forklift knowledge preferred 
  • Mechanical aptitude highly preferred 
  • Customer focused communication skills required 
  • Basic math skills 
  • Effectively prioritize and shift between tasks based on operational needs. 
  • Ability to work well with team and with other departments
