This RN Triage position is based in a Primary Care office in Avon. The clinic supports Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, and Pediatrics and offers a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities include nurse visits such as blood pressure and weight checks, medication administration (including B12 injections), patient education, and triage support both by phone and in person. The clinic values a strong, collaborative team culture focused on achieving goals within a supportive and positive work environment. The position may be eligible for a hybrid schedule based on performance.
Schedule: Full time, 8-hour days Monday - Friday. Must be available to work 7:30 am - 5:30 pm.
