We are looking for a motivated, top-notch Claims Specialist who wants to be a part of a stellar team and deliver exceptional results. We are a smart, fun place to work. The right candidate will be a natural self-starter with extremely strong attention to detail. We will train on specific task items listed below, although the right fit will quickly and easily pick up responsibilities and manage them on their own.

 

Location: Austin, TX (on-site position), Remote if outside of Austin area.

Min. Experience: Entry Level

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of previous job experience
  • 1-2 years of medical record/auditing experience highly preferred
  • Proactive and positive team player with exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and G Suite

Responsibilities:

  • Performs appropriate follow-up activities on timesheet audits
  • Takes necessary action to ensure timely resolution with claims
  • Prioritizes and completes all work in an accurate, effective, and efficient manner
  • Performs detailed follow-up activities on assigned patients/centers according to procedures
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
  • Detail-oriented and able to meet daily goals
  • Enjoys being a team player
  • Proficient in Excel and Word
