Job Summary: We are seeking an inside sales representative, highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a customer service representative. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients in a timely and efficient manner. Your role will involve addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.

Essential Job Functions:

• Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a timely and efficient manner
• Providing accurate and comprehensive information to customers regarding products, services, and policies
• Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and diplomatic manner
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
• Continuously improving knowledge of company products, services, and policies to better assist customers

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not required
• Fencing experience 
• Computer skills 
• Able to work weekends (Saturday)
