Your Opportunity to Make an Impact
As a
Specialist, Product Operations, you will play a key role in supporting new product launches and optimizing core business processes. Working closely with Product Managers, Sales, Data, Supply Chain, Technical, and Marketing teams, you will help ensure products are accurately set up, tested, documented, and ready for market. This role focuses on operational execution, cross‑functional coordination, and continuous process improvement to support successful product launches and ongoing product lifecycle management.
What You Will Do
- Support Product Managers with product setup, organization, and sales meeting preparation.
- Coordinate the upload and maintenance of product data, including SKUs, specifications, pricing, and packaging details.
- Track sample orders, customer approvals, and sign‑offs for new product development.
- Partner with Data and Product teams to update customer pricing and vendor costs.
- Review purchase orders and route proforma invoices for accuracy and processing.
- Finalize and distribute product specification documentation for internal teams, factories, and sales partners.
- Coordinate product testing and ensure all required testing and technical documentation are completed prior to launch.
- Work with Supply Chain to monitor order status and provide updates on urgent customer orders.
- Provide product documentation updates to Marketing to ensure website accuracy.
- Analyze product‑related metrics, share insights, and recommend process improvements.
Who We're Looking For
Experience & Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in product operations, product management support, or a related role.
- Strong organizational, time‑management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately.
- Comfortable working under pressure with time‑sensitive tasks.
Knowledge & Education
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Associate degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
The salary range for this role is $32/hr. to $33.50/hr. This range is applicable for jobs performed in the Eastern and Central Time Zones. An employee’s pay position within the pay range will be based on several factors including relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, and business organizational needs.
