This role is designed for a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive individual looking to master the execution and optimization of high-impact marketing campaigns.

Multi-Channel Marketer: Someone who is a digital native and market curious student eager to grow our owned properties and social channels by implementing localized campaigns that feel authentic to diverse markets.
Self-Motivated Learner: Someone who is a proactive explorer who stays ahead of digital trends to suggest new audience growth strategies, while using analytics to understand the "why" behind performance and ROI.
Clear Communicator: Someone who is a detail-oriented collaborator passionate about maintaining strong internal partnerships and enhancing processes to ensure seamless project execution.
Outcome-Oriented Optimizer: Someone who is a logical thinker who assists in driving impactful events and ensures every tactical task aligns with our broader business goals.
Responsibilites:
Attend campaign planning meetings and strategy sessions, providing fresh perspectives and assisting in creative brainstorming.
Track and analyze campaign metrics across priority campaigns to help the team understand ROI and engagement.
Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies, overseeing the full campaign lifecycle from competitive analysis and initial launch to final optimization.
Process and oversee the flow of qualified leads to our Sales partners, ensuring timely follow-up and data integrity.
Assist and help design A/B testing for campaign elements such as tag lines, creative, and CTAs.
Develop social media market analysis and content strategy across various channels.
Minimum Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree
Educational focus in Marketing, Business, or related field
Proficiency in management of multiple projects or the ability to contribute to tasks
Stay updated on industry trends and report back to the team
Must be local to Chicago
Must be able to work on a hybrid schedule in office (Chicago office located at 20 S Wacker Dr.)
