Events & Marketing Intern   Position Overview   The Events & Marketing Intern is an energetic, dedicated team player that is able to provide a support for multiple events and execute various marketing tasks.   Qualifications   Preferred:

• Marketing, Communications, Events, PR major
• Must be available to work onsite events

Responsibilities/Duties   Assists in all aspects of the event and marketing initiatives:

• Assist with set-up and break down of all events
• Assist with pre and post event deliverables
• Assist during on-site event registration and guest arrival/check-in
• Assemble and distribute gift bags
• Proof and fact check signage and marketing items
• Work with Marketing to print, prepare, and pack event signage, materials, and name badges
• Assist with photo collection and social media posts on Philly Mag Events Instagram handle
• Assist sales team with lead generation and prospecting
