HomeTown Pharmacy is looking for a friendly, service‑oriented Retail Front End Clerk to join our team. As the first person customers meet when they walk through our doors, you will play a vital role in creating a warm, welcoming, and helpful experience. What You’ll Do

  • Greet customers, answer questions, and provide exceptional service
  • Answer phones promptly and professionally
  • Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
  • Assist with merchandise ordering, pricing, stocking, and setting up displays
  • Check in orders and follow up on out‑of‑stock items
  • Support the pharmacy team when needed (register, customer service, gathering patient information)
  • Oversee front‑end department duties and ensure tasks are completed correctly
  • Help maintain store cleanliness and organization
  • Participate in general housekeeping:
    • Daily: empty trash, vacuum
    • Weekly: clean bathrooms, dust shelves/fixtures
    • As needed: move products/boxes, run errands, make deliveries, face shelves
