We take pride in delivering quality service with professionalism and care, and we’re looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team.What You’ll Do:
As a CSR, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers by scheduling appointments, answering questions, and helping create a smooth service experience.Responsibilities:
- Schedule service appointments
- Make outbound calls for maintenance visits and follow-ups
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
- Keep customer records and appointments organized
- Assist with on-call responsibilities as needed
- Strong communication and people skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Professional and friendly phone presence
- Able to work independently and with a team
- Weekend availability (as needed)
- 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
