Job Description

We are expanding our national team and looking for motivated, organized individuals to join our Independent Benefit Sharing Partners program. If you have great communication skills, a reliable internet connection, and a basic understanding of your local business demographics, you already have what it takes to get started.

What You Will Do (No Cold Calling) We know that starting in B2B (Business-to-Business) sales can feel intimidating, so we remove the hardest part: we provide you with warm leads. You will not be blindly calling random businesses. Instead, we give you a list of healthcare clinics and administrators who already know about our software. Your role is simple and straightforward:

  • Organize and manage your provided list of leads.
  • Reach out to these clinics using your excellent communication skills.
  • Explain how our software helps their medical practice run smoother.
  • Guide them through the sign-up process to grow your business unit's revenue.

Independent Contractor Details & Requirements Please note that this is a 1099 Independent Contractor position, which gives you the ultimate flexibility to set your own schedule and work from anywhere in the US.

To maintain this independent status, you are responsible for your own basic business setup. While GoTo Telemed provides your leads, training, and phone line for free, you are responsible for:

  • Providing your own physical equipment (a personal computer and reliable internet connection).
  • Handling your own self-employment taxes.
  • Maintaining any standard state business or occupational licenses required by your specific state or city to operate as an independent contractor. (Note: These are standard local fees you pay to your state government, not to us)

How You Get Paid (Profit-Sharing Model) This is a contract role where your earnings are directly tied to your success. We offer a transparent profit-sharing model where you earn between 5% to 20% of the net profit generated by the clients you bring on board.

Because we welcome people of all experience levels, your exact percentage will be set when you join, based on the revenue size you plan to manage:

  • 5% – 8% Tier: Perfect for entry-level or part-time partners focusing on learning the ropes and closing the leads we provide.
  • 9% – 14% Tier: For those who consistently close our leads and start finding a few extra clinics on their own.
  • 15% – 20% Tier: For highly experienced individuals who are closing large volumes of business.
