  • Work showroom traffic, internet leads, and repeat customers
  • Guide customers through the buying process from start to finish
  • Demonstrate and present new vehicle features and benefits
  • Build value, overcome objections, and close deals
  • Follow up to generate repeat and referral business
  • Stay sharp on product knowledge and current incentives

  • Automotive sales experience preferred (but we’ll train the right person)

  • Available for retail hours, including every other Saturday (until 3 PM)

For example, Gordon shocked the Metro Detroit area in 1989 by inventing the No-Dicker Sticker which wowed customers by displaying the best price on a red tag hanging from each vehicle’s rear view mirror up front without the need of haggling. No longer did the customer have to rely on their negotiating skills to get a good deal. That philosophy, maintained to this day, is what paved the way to success and compelled the dealership to complete a major expansion in 1991 and several updates in recent years. Gordon has been committed to maintaining a family atmosphere that is focused on customer service for these past 37 years and as a result has become one of the top dealerships in the nation for both sales and service. None of that would have been possible without an amazing staff and great customers.
