Experience with EMR and BLS certification are also necessary, with bilingual skills (English/Spanish) being a plus.
Job Description
Marana Health is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join the Medical team at the Marana Main Health Center, located in the heart of Marana, AZ.
The Certified Medical Assistant promotes patients’ health by assisting clinicians and other support staff with patient care.
Marana Health is a Federally Qualified Community Health Center (FQHC), with 11 sites in Tucson and Pima County. Our mission is to improve our community by providing exceptional, whole-person healthcare.
Open to Medical Assistant or Certified/Registered Medical Assistant, dependent upon qualifications
The following qualifications are required:
ABHES (Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools) OR higher Learning Commission (HLC), AND
The following qualifications are preferred:
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered if applicable and must be directly related to the functions and body of knowledge required to successfully perform the job.
