Job Description
Physicians Choice Home Health is recruiting for a Medical Social Worker to join our Home Healthcare Team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing quality home health visits to our patients in the comfort of their home. You will be joining a team of compassionate and dedicated healthcare professionals who are committed to providing the highest level of care to our members.The medical social worker is responsible for the implementation of standards of care for medical social work services.
