Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a high school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of related experience to interface with customers, generate orders, and provide customer support. The ideal candidate will be able to validate store orders using specialized software, actively analyze orders, and resolve any errors. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required.

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Respond to and interface directly with customers regarding their orders; generate customer orders 
  • Provide customer support with special requests and assist various departments in the Distribution Center as needed
  • Utilize specialized software to validate store orders  
  • Actively analyze store orders and resolve any errors or omissions 
  • Other duties as assigned 

Required Education and Experience: 

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) with 1 to 2 plus years of related experience 

Preferred Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree
