Position Responsibilities:  

  • The Field Finance Administrator performs routine administrative, pre-settlement, and/or cashiering duties, minor accounting functions, and/or timekeeping management in a company facility in accordance with standard administrative office procedure
  • Execute Route Accounting and Settlement tasks, i.e., Face to Face driver settlement, cash settlement, cash room duties, i.e., coin machine, coin bags, etc. and end of day paperwork per Standard Operating Procedures
  • Process Accounts Payable tasks, i.e., initiate purchase orders, process invoices, prepare check requests, research payments, etc.
  • Monitor Accounts Receivable functions by tracking changes in customer payment terms and investigating short pays or deductions
  • Administer Payroll tasks including process, edit, submit weekly timecards, and other pay components within established guidelines and tight deadlines, if applicable to the facility
  • Manage daily inventory count including the receipt of incoming inventory and analysis of inventory discrepancies if applicable to the facility
  • Other duties as assigned 

Required Education and Experience: 

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 1 to 2 plus years of related experience  

Preferred Education and Experience:   

  • Bachelor’s Degree
