Position Responsibilities

• Providing premier guest service, including greeting them and responding to questions.
• Maintaining Coffee Cup’s high standards for product freshness and sanitation.
• Dynamically selling product by providing guests with information needed to make product-related decisions.
• Filling, maintaining and rotating products and displays.
• Operating cash registers, meat and cheese slicers, oven, fryer, microwave, cutting tools, scale, and other Deli equipment.
• Preparing, slicing, wrapping, weighing, pricing, and merchandising the department’s deli products. Deli products include deli meats, cheeses, salads, sandwiches, dips, gourmet, and hot case items.
• Assisting in other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications: 

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must be able to frequently lift 35 pounds and occasionally lift to 50 pounds.

• Operate manual and power equipment.
• Work effectively in and around the public.
• Provide the highest level of guest service to team and guests.
• Perform physical labor.
• Understand and carry out oral and written directions.
• Maintain cooperative working relationships.
