The Universal Banker I is a core member of the branch team, delivering high-quality customer service, supporting daily branch operations, and contributing to the growth of customer relationships. In this role, you will provide transactional support, assist customers with financial needs, and help drive branch sales through informed referrals. This position plays a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience and supporting Bogota Savings Bank’s commitment to community-focused banking.
You deliver exceptional service and build trust with customers through professionalism, courtesy, and follow-through. You are collaborative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions. You enjoy learning, take initiative, and bring a positive attitude to solving customer needs. You are dependable, organized, and committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy and service quality.
This position requires periods of standing and movement throughout the workday. The employee must be able to occasionally lift or move items weighing up to 10 pounds.
All Universal Bankers have a “home branch” but may be asked to cover one of our other branches at any time. Being able to work at each of our locations is mandatory.
