Position: Full-Time Service Advisor
We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Service Advisor to join our high-performing team! This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, loves helping people, and enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Communicate with customers to understand their service needs — in person, over the phone, and digitally
• Clearly relay customer concerns and requests to our service technicians
• Provide accurate estimates and explain service recommendations to customers
• Coordinate repair efforts with our internal service team, manufacturers, warranty providers, insurance companies, and vendors
• Ensure all labor and parts are properly documented and billed on each work order
• Stay up to date with RV products and services to offer knowledgeable support and solutions
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail
• A team player with a strong work ethic and commitment to integrity
• Previous experience in customer service, RV/automotive service, or parts a plus — but not required
