POSITION SUMMARY

As a Developer Intern, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining new and existing business applications and reports. Projects within the scope of this position’s responsibility primarily include SQL Server Database Development, Oracle Database Development, Reports/BI Development. This position may also be tasked with Application or Integration Development using Oracle ADF, Java or .NET technologies and scripting using PowerShell or other scripting tools.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Translates user requirements into technical solutions with assistance.
  2. Develops or updates Construction Accounting or Project Management Applications, Integrations and/or Reports to meet client needs.
  3. Testing and documentation of custom programs or reports.
  4. Assist in off-hours production installations.

Position Requirements

  1. Strong Troubleshooting, systems analysis and problem-solving skills.
  2. Ability to learn new development strategies and languages.
  3. Knowledge of SDLC Methodology.
  4. 1 to 3 years’ experience with relational database; SQL, T-SQL or PL/SQL development; report development using PowerBI, Jasper, or Crystal Reports (or SQL Server Reporting Services).
  5. 0 to 3 years’ experience with Oracle Workflow, and ADF development; SQL Server Integration Services; C# or VB.net; Java; Working knowledge of Weblogic application servers and Microsoft IIS.
  6. Effective communication skills.
  7. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet project deadlines.
  8. Strong documentation skills.

COMPENSATION DETAILS:

Hourly Rate: $18.00/hr-$30.00/hr
