Job Summary: Sells new/pre-owned/leased vehicles at dealership gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction standards. The New Car Sales Professional is the public face of the company and responsible for handling customer questions about the product, services provided by the company and new/pre-owned/leased vehicle sales. The New Car Sales Professional is expected to continuously update their knowledge of car inventory, services, and policies.
Pay: $60,000-$100,000 a year; Based on experience; Commissioned Based
Schedule: Full-time 40 hours; Sales department hours Monday and Thursday 8:30am-8pm, Friday 8:30am-6pm, Saturday 10am-3pm.
Rotating schedule two 8:30am-5pm shifts and two late shifts 12pm-8pm Monday through Thursday. Friday 8:30am-6pm and every other Saturday 10am-3pm. Work schedule to be established with supervisor to ensure dealership needs are met. Flexibility to work outside dealership hours when needed.
