You will:
Assist the Calvary Kids team with ministry functions
Help run all aspects of the kids hospitality team for weekend services and special events
Ensure hospitality leaders are trained on all tasks required to create a welcoming environment for kids and first time families
Assist with content development and curriculum writing
Help run weekly Awana program
Help create tools to engage with parents on a weekly basis
Assist the Calvary Youth team with ministry functions
Assist with youth ministry events and programs
Teach the a devo or Bible study when needed
Help create tools to engage with youth ministry parents on a weekly basis
Assist the Calvary Young Adults team with ministry functions
Assist the young adults team with weekly functions and events
Help build and maintain a bridge from Calvary Boca to FAU
The gift of administration
The ability to learn and be proficient in Ministry Platform
Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to interact with staff, kids, teenagers, families and members of the body efficiently and effectively
Written and verbal communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly, directly and tactfully to support team objectives
The gifts of teaching, service, administration, and discernment
Computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Publisher and Google
The ability to prioritize, organize, and multitask
The ability to complete projects on time and follow-through efficiently
The ability to relate to both parents and children dependent on specific situations
Ability to follow-through, keep check lists, and think of solutions on own
Flexibility with good time management skills
A special gifting and desire to equip parents with resources and encouragement
What you are required to know:

This is a full-time (40 hours/week) hourly non-exempt position.
You may have to work evenings and/or weekends to assist with special events or emergencies.

Work Schedule:
