We are growing our team and inviting service-focused individuals to join us as Vacation Services Consultant. In this role, you'll assist clients with researching travel options, coordinating reservations, and ensuring every detail of their trip is organized accurately and efficiently.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, communicating clearly, and managing travel details within a structured yet flexible remote environment. You'll play an important role in supporting travelers from the planning stage through final confirmations.

Key Responsibilities

Guide clients through itinerary planning and travel coordination
Research destination options, accommodations, and transportation using approved platforms
Provide tailored suggestions that align with traveler preferences and budgets
Maintain professional communication via email, phone, and messaging systems
Monitor reservation updates, adjustments, and service requests as needed
Keep organized and accurate client records within internal systems
Participate in onboarding sessions, team updates, and ongoing training opportunities
