Key skills include operating computers, multitasking, accurate data entry, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks. Forklift handling experience is a plus, but the company is willing to train.

As a Receiving Specialist, you will:

Receive and Process Incoming Materials
  • Inspect and check in all inbound shipments for accuracy and quality
  • Accurately receive products into the system
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly performance metrics

Organize and Store Inventory
  • Efficiently put away received products in designated warehouse locations
  • Maintain organized, accessible inventory to support smooth operations

Maintain Inventory Accuracy
  • Perform routine cycle counts and necessary recounts
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies to ensure inventory integrity

Promote a Safe and Clean Work Environment
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • Complete daily warehouse cleaning and organization tasks

 Education and Experience
  • High school diploma, some college preferred.
  • One (1) year shipping/receiving experience a plus.
  • Forklift handling is preferred but willing to train.
  • Skill in operating personal computer and programs such as spreadsheets and word processing software.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to handle a variety of tasks.
  • Ability to perform accurate data entry.
