Job Summary:
The Busser plays a critical support role in the restaurant, assisting servers and ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests. This team member helps maintain service flow by promptly resetting tables, replenishing service items, and assisting with overall dining room cleanliness and guest comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a warm, friendly manner and assist with seating when needed.
• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently following guest departures.
• Assist servers by delivering water, bread, condiments, and other items to tables.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas, including floors, stations, and restrooms.
• Refill beverages, coffee stations, and ice bins as needed.
• Monitor tables for guest needs and alert servers or managers if attention is needed.
• Dispose of waste, sort and return dishes and glassware to the kitchen or dishwashing area.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures according to company policies and local health regulations.
• Provide courteous and timely support to all team members and guests.
• Perform opening, mid-shift, and closing duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, detail, and guest service.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift, push, or carry up to 40 lbs.
• Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching.
• Comfortable working in a high-energy, loud, and fast-paced environment.
