Primary Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to gather trip goals, scheduling needs, and planning preferences
• Help organize accommodations, cruise selections, transportation arrangements, and activity options
• Compare available packages through approved supplier platforms
• Provide clear travel-planning information aligned with client expectations
• Assist with updates related to reservation changes when requested
• Prepare planning summaries and maintain accurate digital travel files
• Communicate with clients through phone, email, and messaging systems
• Participate in scheduled virtual learning sessions and team collaboration check-ins
