Four Seasons Hotel Nashville is seeking a Stewarding Supervisor to join our talented team! This is an exciting chance to be part of the world’s leading luxury hospitality company. 

The Stewarding Supervisor plays a vital role within our Food & Beverage team, ensuring exceptional quality and service for our guests. Our Stewarding team works diligently behind the scenes—making sure every piece of silverware shines, every plate sparkles, and every outlet has the proper supply of clean dishes and equipment. This role also helps maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the kitchen and heart‑of‑house areas. 

What You Will Do 

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):  

• Organize work assignments, make recommendations regarding training, performance evaluations, and discipline for stewarding team.   

• Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using the dishwashing machine; load and unload dishware and flatware from dishwashing machine and store properly   

• Clean and sanitize all ovens, steam kettles, mixers, and other kitchen equipment as well as all kitchen drains, sinks, floors, and walls; clean, dust, seep, mop, polish, scrub, wash, strip, and buff kitchen production areas and hallways  

• Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils using the correct cleaning and rinsing solutions  

• Maintain cleanliness of back of the house Food & Beverage areas, including silverware, cutlery, glassware, etc.  

• Safely utilize and store all cleaning compounds, chemicals, and materials including soaking solution utilizing the correct protective clothing  

• Ensure the employee cafeteria is well maintained, clean, and sanitized  

What You Bring 

• Previous supervisory experience preferred  

• Minimum one year related work experience   

• Must be able to work as part of team   

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule   

• Strong ability to prioritize, organize, and manage competing priorities   

• This position requires the ability to lift up to 40lb 

• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language

Schedule & Hours 

Full‑time position. Shift lengths range from 8–10 hours; scheduled days and hours may vary. Weekends and major holidays are required.
