DEPLOYMENT PLANNER - LOGISTICS - CORPORATE OFFICE

Position Overview

The Deployment Planner plays a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate product distribution across multiple facilities. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate complex logistics processes with minimal supervision.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage complex tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Proven ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience 09 planning system / Oracle.
  • Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and code date compliance.
  • Previous experience in food industry logistics or deployment planning.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

At Hormel Foods, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range.  The base hiring pay range for this role is between $18.75-$26.25 per hour, and your actual base pay within that range will depend upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skill set, level of experience, and geographic market location.
