Act as the primary point of contact for customers by answering incoming calls, emails, and web-submissions. Resolve end-user incidents and requests while providing high-end, customer-focused technical support.
We are seeking a customer service-oriented individual with a good technical aptitude to act as the first point of contact for customers. The ideal candidate will have some experience with Windows OS, O365, AV tools, mobile devices, VOIP, Active Directory, and firewalls/switches. One year of experience in a technical position, service desk, or customer support is preferred.
