Field Service Technician

Pay: $18-$21.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Day shift, with occasional overnight trips to surrounding states

Job Summary

We are seeking a mechanically inclined and reliable Field Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing spas—working on everything from plumbing and filtration to electrical and cabinet components.


Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair spa issues, including plumbing, electrical, filtration, and cabinet systems

  • Perform scheduled service calls and occasional spa deliveries using a company vehicle

  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation

  • Communicate professionally with customers to explain repairs and timelines

  • Travel all of Pa for service calls, including overnight trips to surrounding states. i.e NY, CT, MD, MA


Qualifications

  • Mechanical aptitude and good troubleshooting skills

  • Clean driving record (required)

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

  • Flexible schedule for travel as needed

  • Experience with spa or pool repair is a plus, but not required—Hands on training provided
