Job DetailsJob Location: Infinity Air - Dural, FL 33122Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $22.00 - $28.00 HourlyInfinity Air, Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Aircraft Structures & Components Disassembler to lead the coordination and execution of aircraft components disassembly projects. This role requires understanding of regulatory standards in accordance with the current technical data provided in the Component Maintenance Manuals, Services Bulletins, Service Information Letters, Airworthiness Directives, Regulations and Quality procedures acceptable to or approved by the FAA. Recent A&P school graduates with strong internship/co-op experience will be considered. FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification is not required.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs routine production disassembly of structural and mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, aircraft systems, equipment, and accessories using manual operations.
Disassemble aircraft structural components using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment.
Read and interpret technical data, basic blueprints, work instructions, and engineering drawings to complete assigned tasks.
Document maintenance records of all repair work orders performed.
Prepare, fit, and secure parts using drilling, riveting, and fastening techniques.
Inspect completed work for accuracy, proper alignment, and quality compliance.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with shop and OSHA standards.
Understand and comply with quality and safety requirements.
Contribute to key performance indicators (KPIs) to support the achievement of wider objectives.
Other duties as assigned.
QualificationsMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and data required.
Mechanical aptitude with Ability to use structural assembly tools including high-speed/low-speed drills, pneumatic and electric drills, nut runners, and Quackenbush tools.
Proficient with calibrated precision measuring tools and skilled in fastener installation and removal.
Ability to function in fast paced environment while maintaining a high level of quality.
Flexible to changing workloads/priorities based on customer requirements.
2 years of relevant/technical work experience in the aviation industry.
High School Diploma/GED equivalent.
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and work safely and meet physical demands including bending, kneeling, standing, crouching, crawling, climbing/balancing, reaching overhead, twisting, and repetitive movement.
1 year of relevant/technical work experience.
Basic computer operating skills.
Must be authorized to legally work in the USA
