What You’ll Do:
What You’ll Need: Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Must have at least one-year work experience in a clinical setting, or equivalent experience in a customer service role. Must have exceptional customer service skills. Familiarity with insurance benefits is a plus. Must be computer literate, with basic knowledge of MS office products, and general office machines such as fax, copier, etc.. Must have the ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced work environment, and demonstrate team cooperation. Other duties to be assigned as necessary and may vary at times, as needed by your immediate supervisor or as directed by the company.
