Legal Operations Specialist - Medical Records   OrthoArizona:  At OrthoArizona, we are bringing the best together.   • Ensure organization and completeness of case files.  
  • Upload imaging (DICOM files) for cases, ensuring completeness.  
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all medical records/imaging related inquiries.  
  • Able to prioritize based on urgency of the case files (deadlines, appointments, etc.) 
  • Able to work ahead and be sure that records are received in a timely manner.  
  • Other clerical/operational duties as needed.  
  • Able to track records received as well as anything pending. 
Qualifications: 
  • Experience with Outlook, Work, Google Drive, and PDF. 
  • Detailed oriented
  • Extremely organized.
