Create and manage content for social media platforms, newsletters, and promotional materials. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for audience engagement. Support the coordination of marketing efforts with artists, vendors, and sponsors. Support Event coverage on Social Media     Qualifications:  Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Strong interest in entertainment marketing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing tools. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Daytime weekday availability, in addition to nights and weekends, are required. As a temporary paid internship, this position has a finite start and end date.      Uniform Business casual    Supervisory Responsibilities None    Work Environment The Entertainment Marketing Intern will work in varying spaces based on business needs. It could be an office setting, various venue spaces, indoor or outdoor events. Noise level will vary from quiet to extremely loud, and temperatures will vary from very hot and humid, to extremely cold.    Physical Demands This position will require someone that is able to stand on their feet for many hours at a time, move quickly to different places based, climb stairs and be in motion. They will need to use their hands frequently, and be able to see, hear, and speak often.  This position will require bending, squatting, and maneuvering.    Travel Required No    Additional Eligibility Requirements  Must be 16 years of age or older.  Successful completion of reference checks  Successful completion of a background check  Successful completion of a drug test, if applicable   Work Authorization/Security Clearance Requirements The DECC uses USCIS Form I-9 to verify the identity and employment authorization of individuals hired for employment. On the form, an employee must attest to his or her employment authorization.
