Qualifications
We are looking for a Fabric Coordinator to support the fabric development and sourcing process, working closely with the Fabric Manager to help bring fabrics from concept to development. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or a related field, along with some experience in fashion production or product development, and possess excellent communication and multi-tasking skills.
Job Description
This role, under the guidance of the Fabric Manager, will support the fabric development and sourcing process for A&F. You will partner closely with the Fabric Manager to learn how you help designers, merchants, and sourcing partners bring fabrics from concept through development, ensuring they meet brand standards for quality, cost, and timing. You’ll contribute to daily communication with mills and vendors, and track fabric progress. Additionally, you will support the biannual Mill Week that helps our teams in making relevant, brand-right product decisions
This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.
