Job Summary:
The Production Operator I is an entry-level role within our manufacturing department. Key responsibilities include executing manufacturing procedures and tasks on various manufacturing equipment. This position entails strict adherence to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), compliance with cGMP guidelines, and commitment to upholding environmental, health, and safety standards. The Production Operator I plays a role in maintaining elevated compliance and quality standards throughout operations.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand. The employee is frequently required to walk; sit; use hands; talk; and hear. Compensation and Benefits
Compensation:
This is a non-exempt position that pays $22.30 per hour.
This pay represents the base hourly rate. In addition, this position is eligible for an annual bonus which aligns to both individual and company performance.
