Job Description:

Internship Opportunity – Operations & Analytics Projects (12 Weeks)

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated interns to join our team for a 12-week internship program beginning May 26th, focused on project-based work in operational improvements and data analytics. This is a unique opportunity for students to gain hands-on, practical experience while working on meaningful projects that contribute to real business outcomes.

About the Role:

Each intern will be assigned to a specific project aligned with their interests and academic background. Projects are sponsored by a senior leader and will culminate in a final presentation to the senior management team, giving interns visibility and a chance to showcase their work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with key stakeholders to understand the project scope and underlying problem statement
  • Conduct research and gather data to support your analysis where necessary
  • Formulate a project plan including objectives, milestones, and timelines
  • Analyze data and identify trends or opportunities for improvement where necessary
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement recommendations
  • Track progress and adjust plans as needed throughout the internship
  • Prepare and deliver a final presentation to senior leadership outlining your findings, recommendations, and impact

Who We’re Looking For:

This role is ideal for current undergraduate or postgraduate students pursuing degrees in:

  • Engineering
  • Operations Management
  • Supply Chain
  • Industrial Engineering
  • Business Analytics or related fields

Internship Details:

  • Start Date: May 26th
  • Duration: 12 weeks
  • Schedule: Standard office hours (9 hours per day), with every other Friday off
  • Location: 100% onsite at our location in Chatsworth
  • Full benefits available
