Job Description
- Gain knowledge of all departmental functions.
- Assist in supervising production team members.
- Ensure team is following safe food handling practices and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor and assign duties as necessary for team members.
- Assist in improvement opportunities.
- Assist in training and cross-training team members.
- Record and order inventory and supplies.
- Perform safety inspections ensuring safety of all team members.
- 1+ year leadership experience required.
- Extensive knowledge of poultry plant operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- English language skills required, bi-lingual (Spanish/English) skills preferred.
