We are seeking an entry-level Civil/Environmental Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional interested in applying civil engineering fundamentals to environmental projects while gaining hands-on experience in both field and office settings.
Our work spans a broad range of environmental and civil engineering services, including site characterization, remediation, design, permitting, and construction support. In this role, you will contribute across multiple project phases and develop a well-rounded technical skillset early in your career.
This position is a strong fit for someone who enjoys problem-solving, is comfortable working outdoors, and is motivated to build both field and design experience.
You will collaborate with a team of engineers and scientists to support a variety of project activities, including:
Early in your role, a significant portion of your time may be spent in the field. As you gain experience, responsibilities will expand to include more design and technical analysis work.
This position requires periodic travel to project sites, which may involve outdoor work in varying conditions. Travel is project-based and may include occasional overnight stays.
Note: This position requires specific driving duties. You must be able to pass a motor vehicle records check required by our insurer.

Pay Range$55,000—$65,000 USDThe EA pay range for this position is intended as a general guideline and does not guarantee specific compensation or salary. Factors considered when making an offer include job responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, alignment with market data, and compliance with federal and state laws.
