Summary:

In this role, you will support the overall comparative data and performance improvement strategic plan with a focus on leveraging data. You will provide support for performance improvement consultation to members arising from initiatives; engaging quality and clinical staff to leverage data that guides performance improvement.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct analytic support and assistance with the development and implementation of comparative clinical performance reporting, research, publications, consulting, and other custom advisory services provided to members.

  • Provide support for performance improvement consultation to members arising from initiatives.

  • Assist in the definition and expansion of performance metrics and the development of reporting capability to enhance the utility for members.

  • Provide staff support to major analytical activities to support executive engagement and other strategic investigations.

  • Contribute directly to written deliverables such as quantitative data, white papers, Power Point presentations, self-assessment tools, survey instruments, etc.

  • Facilitate member experience and participation through correspondence, conference calls, and meetings.

  • Participate actively in the conceptualization of projects and conducts original research analysis under the direction of senior staff.
    Establish detailed work plans & timelines and ensure that work is completed in a timely fashion.

  • Collaborate on projects undertaken and managed by colleagues in other disciplines.

Qualifications:

  • PharmD degree required.

  • No prior work experience required.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $51,900.00 to $87,900.00.
