I earned my bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and proudly served in the U.S. Air Force, where I was trained as a law enforcement officer in the National Guard. I also volunteer my time coaching youth sports in the community.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jeremy Senn - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
