• Follow all established company standard operating procedures to ensure integrity of assigned work and production output.
• Train floor associates in departmental preferred methods and standard operating procedures.
• Pro-actively respond to direction from leadership team, including Shift Coordinators, management staff and other departmental personnel.
• Follow all Company, state and OSHA safety rules, policies and regulations to ensure safe working practices, including proper work attire; report safety violations and potential safety violations to appropriate supervisory or management personnel.
• Comply with all Company Loss Prevention policies and procedures, including proper work attire.
• Maintain regular and acceptable attendance as set by Sephora.
• Maintain a flexible work schedule and adhere to the requirement of working any designated shift and overtime as requested per business and operational needs.
• Provide high quality internal and external customer service per company standards.

• Previous experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or previous experience with menu-driven applications, and/or ability to learn system.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Basic math skills.
• Demonstrate effective problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently.
• Detail–oriented.
• Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with associates and vendors at multiple levels both in person, on the phone and in writing.  
• Excellent customer service skills.

• Moderate but varying temperature and humidity in office and warehouse environments.

• Must be able to stand, sit, squat, lift and /or walk for the duration of the scheduled shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Previous experience working in a distribution center/warehouse environment preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Starting base pay is $18.50 - $19.80/hr. Certain work schedules may also be eligible for shift differential pay. What You’ll Get:

The target hourly pay for this position is $18.50 - $19.80. The actual hourly pay offered depends on various factors, including starting wages competitive to the market for similar roles; relevant qualifications and experience; and other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position and/or geographic location. Certain work schedules may also be eligible for shift differential pay. This job will be posted for a minimum of 5 days.
