Talent Sourcer (Entry-Level)

We’re looking for Talent Sourcer who is thoughtful, and motivated to build something meaningful early in their career.

You’ll join a high-performing team in Alpharetta, working onsite 5 days a week and directly influencing how we identify and hire top talent, with the chance to work hands-on with cutting-edge technologies every day.

What You’ll Do

• Source candidates across multiple channels
• Build and maintain pipelines for entry-level and intern hiring
• Use AI tools to accelerate sourcing and research
• Identify non-traditional talent pools and creative approaches
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers

Qualifications

• 0–2 years experience in sourcing, recruiting, or related work
• Demonstrated use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) to support research or workflows
• Evidence of self-initiated projects, experiments, or process improvements
• Strong research and problem-solving skills
