Candidates must be at least 21 years old, enjoy working outside, and possess basic computer and customer service skills.

 Must have current residency in the greater Oklahoma City area for onsite project work in the designated territory.

We are seeking skilled and motivated Commercial Roofing Helpers to join our expanding team. Our projects span new construction, industrial facilities, hospitality, retail centers, multifamily complexes, office buildings, and green roofs.

We will train!  Valid Driver’s license is required. At Least 1-2 years commercial roofing experience preferred.

The Role:

As a Service Helper, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our Service Foreman and delivering top-notch service to our clients. Your day will be diverse and fast-paced, involving everything from project work and repairs to inspections and troubleshooting. You’ll also have the opportunity to interface directly with customers, driving a company vehicle to various job sites, and assisting in multiple projects daily. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Service Foreman with various project tasks and repair work.
  • Conduct inspections and troubleshoot leaks efficiently.
  • Interface with clients professionally, addressing their concerns and providing exceptional service.
  • Drive a company vehicle to transport tools, materials, and yourself to job sites.
  • Support hands-on project work across multiple projects daily, ensuring high standards and timely completion.
  • Learn to read and understand work orders, manufacturer warranties, and project specifications.
  • Maintain basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of PPE, fall protection, and other necessary precautions.
  • Represent the company and interact with others in an honest, ethical and professional manner at all times

Requirements:  

  • Applicants must be at least 21 years of age to be eligible to drive as part of this role.
  • Enjoys working outside and comfortable with heights. 
  • Experience in commercial roofing or a related field, a plus.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Enjoy talking to customer service and communication skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to travel, when required.
