Qualifications

Strong communication skills, reliability, and a willingness to complete RBT certification are essential.
Job Description
What You’ll be Doing:
Work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 12 years old using play-based ABA therapy
Travel to clients’ homes to provide care in comfortable, familiar environments, with the ability to drive up to 45 minutes each way as needed.
Work autonomously to manage your caseload, taking ownership of your work while using your clinical expertise to support children’s growth and development.
Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple data, and communicate with your team
Help kids learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities
Stay active during sessions, moving constantly to stay engaged with children
Maintain a clean, organized, safe therapy space
Be part of a supportive, mission-driven team that celebrates progress and growth
Drive your personal vehicle to patient appointments. Arrive promptly and ready to work. Focus entirely on your patient during direct therapy sessions.
