Qualifications

We're looking for enthusiastic individuals for an entry-level Child Autism Therapist role! Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and be comfortable working with children aged 18 months to 12 years old, providing play-based ABA therapy in their homes. Strong communication skills, reliability, and a willingness to complete RBT certification are essential.

Job Description

What You’ll be Doing:

  • Work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 12 years old using play-based ABA therapy

  • Travel to clients’ homes to provide care in comfortable, familiar environments, with the ability to drive up to 45 minutes each way as needed.

  • Work autonomously to manage your caseload, taking ownership of your work while using your clinical expertise to support children’s growth and development.

  • Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple data, and communicate with your team

  • Help kids learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities

  • Stay active during sessions, moving constantly to stay engaged with children

  • Maintain a clean, organized, safe therapy space

  • Be part of a supportive, mission-driven team that celebrates progress and growth

  • Drive your personal vehicle to patient appointments. Arrive promptly and ready to work. Focus entirely on your patient during direct therapy sessions.

Job Requirements
  • At least 18 years old
  • Bachelors Degree 
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
  • Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
  • Team mindset: may occasionally help support a nearby ABC clinic if additional coverage is needed
