As an Innovation Intern, you will:

  • Assist Innovation team with daily activities, such as preparing reports, schedule and facilitate meetings with all project stakeholders.
  • Identify and prioritize products and programs that will add value to the company’s decarbonization goals.
  • Provide market intelligence and assist in market research to support strategic planning goals.
  • Work to understand and complete different financial models and cost analysis on different projects.
  • Work alongside different teams and business units to address innovation and decarbonization.
  • Research technologies and help with calculations to determine viable products that will impact our business.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and entering senior year, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering or environmental science.
  • Computer proficiency, specifically in Microsoft Office (Excel) and PowerBI.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and embrace shifting priorities.
  • Able to quickly learn systems to enable tracking in Oracle.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated experience of working with a team to achieve results.
  • Analytical skills are essential.
  • Available to work full time (40 hours per week) during defined intern program dates (June-August).
  • Position is hybrid/ 3 days onsite in Wall, NJ Corporate office and 2 days remote, as scheduled.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position, including for student visas.
